Directions for Use

Step 1:
Before use, tie two knots on the two extra edges of the napkin. The greater the distance between the knots and the main pad, the better the fit.

Step 2:
Attach the two elastic belt loops to the two knots of the napkin. Ensure that the light pink (or blue-lined) plastic shield faces downward.

Step 3:
Wear the belt as shown in the instructions and adjust it comfortably around your waist by tightening it as needed.

Step 4:
After use, do not flush the sanitary napkin into the toilet or commode.

Step 5:
Wrap the used napkin in paper or tissue and dispose of it properly in a dustbin.
